KJ won't start, security light stays on.

Pin 7 on the OBD port has like 56k ohms to ground, never shows voltage so bus doesn’t seem to be active. Also like 50k ohms resistance between SKIM module pin 3 and OBD pin 7

Pin 7 on data link as per my record do not have any function.
The can bus pins are 6 and 14 , you must get 2.2 to 2.4 volts with switch on and btw pin 34 and 35 on pcm connector 1 belongs to can bus + and -.

In my opinion, firstly check why there is not 12v on pin 29.
Connector c105 pin 5 12 volts should be present

On pin 5 of C105 and 29 of PCM C1 I only see 0.2V now

Engine side of C105 has continuity to PCM 29, verified fuse 24 works and has 12V, however there is no continuity from fuse 24 to engine side of C105 (pin 5). When the fuse is in, I still read 0.2V on C105 pin 5 to Grnd

The A209 18RD cable seems to be open. I opened up the fuse box and can see it goes from fuse 24 to one of the fuel pump relay pins (still 12V leaving the relay pin) then goes into the harness to C105, where it is 0.2V. So somewhere between the fuse box and C105 it must be broken. The harness is all wrapped up everywhere and I can’t see it all when it goes under the radiator. Any advice on what to do next? Run a new wire from the fuse box to C105 would be easiest

I would run a new wire from pin 29 to fuse 24 directly! I mean below the fuse block, searching the same cable of fuse 24.

Forgot to mention that The fuse 24 gives power also to fuel pump relay (pin 30)

I ordered some heat shrink butt connectors, will run from fuse 24 to PCM 29, hopefully that fixes it. Wonder where the wire broke, it looks like it goes under the radiator, maybe rodents got to it, or it rusted or something. Weird that this happened after it just sat for a while.

Friendly Advice:

Let's suppose that the cable of fuse 24 is the red one.....(See picture), if you want to know if it's the right one, c you must get continuity between yellow arrow point and the red cable, and if you take the fuse off, you won't have continuity.

Running a new wire from Fuse 24 (after it joins with the fuel pump relay) straight to PCM C1 pin 29.
Only difference I’ve noticed is the engine light flashes when the engine is not running, but once I start it it goes away. Also no DTCs

Btw, I think engine light is always blinking before getting the engine started
