Ok so I am trying to complete my KJ Trim Level database and i am trying to find out what trims were available on the KJ around the world.

We all know the US Trim Levels:

*Sport (2002-2007)
*Limited Edition (2002-2007)
*Renegade(2002-2006)
*Freedom Edition (2003)
*Columbia Edition (2004)
*Rocky Mountain Edition (2004-2005)
*65th Anniversary Edition (2006)
*Sport Special Edition (2006)
*Latitude (2007)

okay so here are the other Trim levels that I have found around the world:

Canada:

*Rocky Mountain Edition (2003) Same as the US Freedom Edition

UK:

*Extreme Sport (2003-2004) The same name is used for both the US Freedom Edition (2003) and Rocky Mountain edition(2004)

*Pioneer This is the commercial Van with no rear windows or rear seats.

Australia

*Red River Edition (2003) same as the US Freedom Edition.

Okay so does anyone know of any other trim levels in these or other markets?

In South Africa they are called Cherokees and we had the Sport, Limited and Renegade.
Probably much the same trim as supplied to the UK and Australia...including the 2002 2.5 CRD. Front lights take the H7 bulb which I think is different to the USA models and the front lights are height-adjustable from inside the cab....not sure if USA models have that.

yeah there are lots of differences between the Cherokee (all of the world) and the Liberty (North America), Headlights/tailights/repeaters/antenna/rear bumper/tire cover/CRD availability/panel van etc. but this thread is mainly for noticing the different trim names...

Off topic here but the radio that is in the exclusive edition. Think one could get one and put it in to an 02? That looks nice.

Hi,

Does look like a nice radio. Possible problem for the USA users could be the 9Khz channel spacing for AM (You use 10Khz) otherwise would be fine i'm picking.

Just gotta find one!! I've never seen one!

Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures, but it should give you an idea.
Here in the UK they are all CRD and from what I have seen mainly Auto's.
