KJ oil pressure?

Plus with the pickup so close to the oil pump you get a false reading anyways since that 25psi at warm idle is what's coming from the pump and not what the entire engine is seeing.

My guess would be to get an accurate reading (assuming an accurate gauge) would be to put the sending unit/sensor right near where the OEM sending unit is.

Thanks for all the help on this... I spoke to the master tech at the dealer today and they couldn't even give me an exact number either. He did say curb idle could be in the 25-40 range. As long as it doesn't drop below the min. 4 psi, There should be know reason to worry. Of course if your pegged at 100-120 psi all the time :eek::eek: Then that's a different story. Working on a how-to as well.
