What are the pros and cons of both?

I have had both and they both do a good job, but like tjkj I still like the KCs better, maybe because they were my first![]()
Those KC HID Pods(70watts) are freaking insane for brightness,I think my 35watt KC HID's are super bright but I've seen those 70watt ones and the night litterly turned to day with them,something like 1million+ candle power each compared to 650,000 candle power each for the 35watt ones.Both are excellent if you are comparing apples to apples!
ie. a pair of Hella Halogen compared to a pair of KC Halogen

I paid $700 for the pair of KC HID's I have,seems pricey but I often travel backroads in South Dakota at night and those long range HID's throw a beam over 3 miles ahead which helps stop those pesky deer well before I reach them,so basically worth every penny to me in saved body damage.
