(Aeh) After I changed my air filter to a K&N filter my KJ started shaking, is it necessary set the jeep again to correct the mixtures?

Just a wild guess but is it possible you over-oiled the filter, causing a lack of air to the engine? I know when I oil mine I'm always careful to apply light coats so I don't overdo it. Like I said, just a guess...
