Does anyone know how to actually get a hold of JBA?

Tried the phone all morning. Tried to reply via email. Tried to start a new thread via email. Messaged them on their newly created Facebook page.

No one else, are you sure that the missing parts are not just coming in another shipment? Sometimes what is in stock may arrive a day or two ahead of everything else.
Procedure went well for him today so he'll be back in the office Monday I'm sure

I was only given one shipment notification and one tracking number. Got the UCAs and clevis spacers, just missing the rear shocks. Have an appt. Monday to get everything installed. Might have to cancel if it doesn't turn up some time today. Really glad to hear everything went well though.

When I got my lift it was a couple seperate shipments about a week or 2 apart. It didn't come all together. Probably the case here. Sent out what was in stock and the rest a few days or whatever later as it came in stock as well.

Yes! It ended up being that they were shipped via fedex as well as UPS.
