apparently 02-05 carrier will run 4.10s but 06-07 the gears are too thick and it wont work so i need an 02-04 carrier to put into the housing, so im starting to plan on a swap to 4.56 and eventually run 32" tires

4:10 is the highest you can go it can't accept beyond that the d30a can accept 4:10

your d30a can accept the 4.10s, i know that in an aluminum housing 4.10 is the max, but the carrier itself cant fit them in mine, i would need to find a carrier from an 02-04

First I have heard that, I know a couple of others who have had 4.10s installed in their 05-06s.
But then you can also pick up a 4.10 front diff for 350-400 bucks
so grab one of those and go to town
easy swap, way easier than what it says in the manuals

Fronts are only made by DANA/SPICER
no one else ever made gears for the front D30a

I have a set in stock , all you'd need is the master rebuid kit
