I removed my passenger side axle today as the splines are worn off on both it and the intermediate axle.

Now how do I pull that shaft out of the sleeve. it doesn't seem to come out and I didn't hear of anyone else having to take apart their diff...

DO you have to use a puller of some sort?

Thanks in advance!

When I've pulled mine in the past, it typically stays attached to the CV. But with the splines ground down, I can only imagine that the c-clip isn't there to hold them together anymore. Not sure if there's enough of a ridge in the intermediate shaft that you could pry it out with a crobar...?

Vise grips / pliers anything like that will pop it out, doesn't take much force really
