Because the OEM wont go over my new tires, I started to look for a spare tire cover. And after viewing dozens and dozens, I hit upon a site -- Spare Tire Cover -- that let you design your own cover.

So I reworked the oval L.O.S.T. NorthEast Decal graphic, I believe it was designed by -=JoN=-, into a circle. Added text. Went thru about twenty fonts that were offered and selected these four fonts.

This is what I've done so far . . . .

FONT: ARIAL

I'm now fooling around with the center.

First is a simple fade.

Second in a New Hampshire mountain background.

Third is a chisel ring.

I'm now looking for a moon background

I think I will also try out put the chisel ring around the fade & NH while I'm at it.

I'm open to any and all suggestions.

I will post all my center graphics here later, so anybody here can use 'em and you guys can select your own text message.

Drew. Really nice. Real good work. I like the NH Mountains but maybe with a chizel ring for more contrast and the wider lettering like on the last one. But they are all really good.

Added the tire thread in the last NightSky center.

Going out now to vote.

I'll redone the earliest ones when I get back.

The more I worked in Paint Shop Pro today, the more I remembered some of my techniques -- like colorizing the KJ.

Please, no comic sans... The last font anyone should use in anything but birthday party clown services advertisement, no offense.

For the logo's font portion, there are many ways it can be done, but it should be clean and sharp enough so when it is issued/printed on the denim or plastic, it can withstand wear and tear. Avoid soft edges or shadows.

Last three are my favorites. First three makes me think they would be on the back or side of an RV. :) with leaves and all.

I am really interested in seeing how this one would come out. I think DPI is the key when making these digital to print logos.

You're the first that don't like comic font. The site only gives me 24 fonts to fool around with. Most don't look right on a jeep.

The web addresses length limited the font size to small. Going to drop the WWW and see if I can set the font size larger.

I'm going to to fool around with PSP artist effect on those landscape background to get 'em more jeep-like.

Well I found a site with 2002/8 Liberty color chips. So it looks like I can a reasonable color match for all Liberty Jeeps.
