I started modifying my front marker/turn signal lights.

As you can see in the photo's, I cut one of me spare front marker/turn signal lights lens' off so I can stuff an aftermarket fog light into the factory marker/turn signal light.
I'll most likely go with the small fog light and "French" it into the factory unit and cut out the amber lens so just the clear glass fog light lens protrudes a little.
I'll also be adding a L.E.D. amber strip light assembly to the completed lighing unit for added visability.

Are you changing the marker/turn so that there is another fog lamp or just changing the lens so that they are brighter/different?

I'm adding an additional light to the factory unit.
Sure, I could of just installed a halogen bulb into the the socket, but that would more than over heat the plastic stock assembly.
So... I figured I would just mod the original marker/turn signal assembly...
Keeps me busy and it makes a original looking set up that looks cool and works.

Got it. Sounds cool, post pics at night with the before and after? I'd kinda like to see the difference, having a hard time picturing it in my mind, or at least what's left of my mind.
