Yeah so I finally put another lift on my KJ yesterday and I'm a lot happier now after losing $500 in vegas this past week!!! Anyway, I put OME 927s in the front w/ .75 poly spacer, rancho struts and a daystar upper strut plate, OME 948s in the rear w/ rancho shocks also. After I was done I had to drive 50 miles to pick up my daughter and the ride was awesome!!! BUT...I do get a bang/pop sound like something is binding when I go over speedbumps too fast (10+ mph). Anybody have or had this issue??? Other than that the lift is great. No before pic but everybody has seen an unlifted KJ.

The bang/pop youre hearing is probably the upper control arm hitting the spring. May want to get that looked into before it destroys the boot which leads to a ball joint failure.

Nice look Jeep! Needs bigger tires now. :)

Nice looking jeep.

As to those casino's, the next time you go, take a real good look around in the casino and tell yourself "they didn't build this place with the money everyone won here".......then enjoy the gambling but only what you can afford to lose......and don't forget to save some money for "the bunny ranch".:D

I looked at the UCAs and didn't notice any scuffing or unusual marks on the springs. I torqued everything down to specs except for...the swaybar! Might try that tomorrow I might not have tightened down the right side enough. As for the tires I'm waiting until the stock donuts go bald then on go the Discoverer S/Ts!!!

Do you might posting pics of your CV axles. That is the setup I have minus the Rusty's spacers. My front-end is lower than the rear-end. I've been thinking about adding Rusty's spacers.
