I got hit on the side, how bad is this?

I got his on the side and a fender part came off. I was wondering how much this would cost to fix if you had to guess, and is it hard to fix labor wise? Thanks!

if its just the plastic flare then it would be an easy fix and pretty cheap. A better pic would help. Looks like you need a new tire. Needed news ones anyway. :smokin:

Paint would be the most expensive thing probably to have it painted professionally.
