HOW TO: Fabricate and install budget light bar

Started on my journey of my own fabrication of a light bar.

I used a 46'' long piece of 1'' wide 1/4'' thick steel.
Also found 2 pieces that seem that they would look less cluttered than U-bolts.
and 1/4'' bolts and nuts.

Spray painted black.
