i know that the official trail rated depth is 19" but how deep of water can/have you forded? without damage?

Had water over my hood,and that's not including the "wave" either,maybe 48"-50" for 20' or so,did it 3 times.Ans I have a open air filter and it was dry as a bone.

I think the liberty can go deeper than 20" but 20" is the 'safe' depth. You could probably stop for lunch in 20" of water and not have any problems. Well, that is if you can grease your balljoints and such. You know water seeps in those boots, hence the recall.
