I would flush it out yourself cant trust just some libe shoppe to use hoat unless you supply it and watch them pour it in after the flush is complete
Check your local dealers too. Around me they sometimes have some pretty good deals on coolant flushes. You'll get the right stuff too.
I'm totally agreed with tjkj2002 the color on coolant is not too much important to make sure if you have that especially chemical HOAT or OAT.
If you are not sure that your antifreeze have that ingredient HOAT or OAT i recommend to make a full coolant flush. That way you can extend a little bit more the performance of your radiator.

Never had an issue with Regular green coolant (comes in a yellow bottle and starts with a p) yet again I've ran that ever since I had the new engine and radiator put in

Prestone doesn't make any HOAT coolants, at least I've never seen one. I have a yellow jug of the green prestone for the XJ since that's what it takes. Definitely not HOAT.
