The past few days, I experienced a high idle when in park after driving on the freeway for about 25 miles. Coincidentally, I had an induction service, spark plugs, and new PCV last week. Drove jeep a few hundred miles with no issues. Then began noticing a rough idle at stop lights, and then high (1500-1700RPM) when in park. Brought it to shop and techs could not recreate problem. :-(
So I always do my research and think it could be IAC, TPS, and/or vacuum leak? Anything else I'm missing? I'm Getting fed up with multiple problems lately (driveline vibration, torque convertor shudder, gas mileage way low)and ready to drop off at off-road shop for a month with a big to-do list. Of course they can fab a front bumper for me while they are at it!
