I had tried to ask jen in her led replacement thread but i got no response so ill try again. On almost every HID kit i have had in any of my vehicles they have warm up time, flicker and cause static on the radio. I know that the solution to this is wire a relay from the battery directly to the ballasts. They commercially make/sell a harness with a relay already wired in, but i also know you can do it yourself for much less scratch. I found a write up for it on vwvortex forum a while back but i cant seem to find it now. Does anyone know how to wire one up and what type of relay is needed? Maybe single throw double post? I have been zapped enough times to make sure i have made myself familiar with the proper wiring before i begin:shocked: haha
