I have a couple 1/18th scale so I lifted one.

I can't find a 1/18th anywhere. They seem to have owners with a tight hold:D

I was going to go with a set of JBA UCA's but he was out of the 1/64th lift version.....:D

So, I removed the plastic chassis from the metal body by drilling the riveted posts so I could remove the front and rear axles.
I used epoxy to glue the body back down on the chassis posts. Here's where it gets fun - took out my ol' handy coping saw and cut notches in the bottom of the plastic chassis to receive the axles careful not to cut through - got to be creative.... Some quick-set epoxy to secure them after a test fit and she's off to the trail (rotflmao)

Those are easy to lift, just take apart the suspensions, and make the coils longer. My son does that to all of his die casts, works great!

I guess you get the springs from a Model/Hobby car store?
Or just take the stock springs and stretch em...
