Had a used engine put in, pretty sure something is missing.

Old engine blew a headgasket and was mixing coolant in the oil, bought a used engine for 900 and paid someone 500 to put it in, was looking around and noticed something that I thought looked off.

On one of these mounts there doesnt aeem to be a piece of rubber like the other one has, and the one that does have the rubber, the rubber seems old/worn/rotted, and it feels very soft. Are these engine mounts?

Steering rack mounts and bushing I think.

Those are indeed the the steering rack mounts, a company called creative steel makes a poly replacement, i have a set waiting to install, but they look nice.
