G.Cherokee wheels on '07 Liberty

I know these are 5 x 4.5 pattern but how about the offset on the attached?

(currently 28k on the stock goodyears; the 5th has a patch, so I'm just planning ahead)

Those are WJ wheels, more specifically Silverblade #2 and are 5 on 5. You'll need an adapter (which will also double as a spacer) for the Liberty's 5 on 4x5 bolt pattern.
