The hose currently runs from diff, to up past the steering rack and into it's current position, left of battery, right of power steering, seems kinda low.:hmm:
If I want to extend this, what would be the best location?
Move the whole hose up somewhere top of the firewall? kopkrab.gif

Wasn't this hose originally mounted to a bolt? Looks like someone just zip tied it where ever LOL..

Yea Tim, you're right. That clip slips over one of the bolts for the front shock under the battery tray. Not unusual for the clip to weaken or break and no longer stay on the bolt securely. Where it is currently zip-tied is a little lower than the top of the shock tower.

As long as there's a pic, I've been wondering what that "large pill bottle" size thing is, in the lower right corner, that has two lines running to it, and has "top" on it

ElCheapo (Matt) I believe is the EVAP Purge Solenoid.
It may also be listed on the under the hood sticker.
That is a bit off topic though....

Moved the Breather a bit higher up. Used the empty PS bracket next to the fuse panel.

5/16 hose that should make it easy to extend/relocate back along to the firewall.;)

I would think the highest you would need to go is the bottom of windshield...If the windshield is under water, you have bigger problems than a little water in the diff....

There are a few bolts under the battery try. I moved mine to the one that is furthest back and a little bit higher. I only did it because my breather was leaking from the dif end of the hose, so I replaced with something longer.
