We just purchased an 03 Liberty and I bought some floormats to put in and found that the shape of the floor / sidewall is somewhat unusual - so basic mats don't fit. Can anyone recommend a particular make/model of good quality rubber mats that fit the Liberty just right?

Would also be interested in seat covers - front and rear. Find many for sale but you just don't know how they are until you see them in person - looking for good quality covers - not the cheap skimpy fabric ones sold at Walmart...

tks

I have the CoverKing saddle-blanket-style on mine...$149 per row from Morris 4x4...moderately easy install and very well made...not too sure on mats...I bought Huskys for the Liberty and the rears don't really fit that well...fronts not bad...WeatherTechs are supposed to fit perfectly but cannot verify this...

From what I have seen for floor mats WeatherTech looks the best and Husky Liners next best.

I'm using both brands - WeatherTechs in front and Husky Liners in the back row. Each brand fits perfectly in their row - I think the WT's are a more accurate fit on my opinion. And WeatherTech has GREAT customer service.

WeatherTech's or Husky Liners, whichever is cheaper. I have WeatherTech's, had them in my last vehicle too, and love them.

Weathertechs in mine and they are as perfect a fit as they advertise. My only small complaint is that they are a wee bit slick when wet. I'd buy them again, though.

Weather techs, can sometimes find them 'used' in new condition on amazon (means box is crushed in but who cares) for half price.

As for seat covers, Covercraft - choose your material and price.

Unless you want something extremely long lasting, etc... get it reupholstered with katzkin leathers or something.

I've had the Huskyliners for going on 6 years now, my carpet still looks new. I have the full set. One thing I like about them compared to the Weathertechs is that they are completely sealed...the Weathertechs have a slot for the locator tab from the floor. The Huskys just have a raised part. Works great.

Ya I was thinking of how I could seal that on my set. Carpet is getting wet with all this snow. I'm thinking a small blob of caulk for the winter. Not really a problem in the summer

How well do the Covercrafts fit the seats?

My WeatherTech actually has a raised lip around the locator tab to keep water from getting out. It's not as high as the edges, but so far it seems to work. Of course, I haven't had to deal with melting snow, so...

For the rear cargo area, I'd recommend the Jeep branded one. It costs a bit less than the WeatherTech or Husky Liners and has sealed 'hatches' for the cargo tie downs.
