Errmm...if I...ermmm...did break the valve stem by turning it with the little tool too much. Does that mean I need a whole new valve + sensor? If so, I guess that's only available from the dealer?

Yes, the whole thing needs to be replaced. No, NAPA and other places have replacement sensors.

Guess i'll bring it to a tire place and have the tire replaced, they will change the valve/sensor while they are at it im sure...ugh stupid spare.

I haven't run Interco Trxus MT's... So I cannot comment on these.
I have used BFG MT rubber on past 4X4 vehicles and they were great.

But the Kevlar MT/R Goodyears are miles ahead and way better!
And around here, they are the same price as the Goodyears.

I will add...

Nothing wrong with using a tyre mousse when you have NO OTHER OPTIONS!

I've run $500 a piece Ralley tyres on my Rally car that have punctured after only 30 miles of an all out high speed rally stage...

I would have shredded a wretchedly expensive magnesium Speed Line wheel!
The so called "Crap tire sealant" as other nay sayers here have condemned(Obviously without actually using a real quality product I will add!)
Don't have a friggen clue what the hell they are babbling about!

They use this stuff... (OK, it's not the end all be all as a solution for a tyre puncture.Especially on a side wall!)

But it is used. Quite successfully I will add!

Some of you guys need to get out in the world of Motor sports outside of the USA and see how it's really done!

Some of you on the other hand dont know what you are talking about when it come to certain things...

Just a bunch of "Internet Experts" without real life experience!

I totally understand that Eric!

But when you are literally between a rock and a hard place and the only option of getting your rig home... Other than having a tow truck come and "Recover you" at a most absurd cost... I think that it is a viable option!

A few stupid friends of mine have had their rigs "Recovered" after walking for 6-8 hours just to get to a tow truck joint and sleeping outside in below zero temperatures... And...

$600.00 to literally $900.00 to have their **** towed out of something that they should of never gotten stuck in in the fists place had they listened in another friend on me...

I'd rather kill a wheel and tire (I don't do TPMS! Just a gimmick for STUPID lazy people who couldn't be bothered to check their damn tires!
Also, more crap that needs batteries and additional maintenance!)

At the end of the day?

Alot less expensive than a "Tow job Recovery!"

I hear ya Eric!

I check our Rig every morning before Jen gets in and goes to work in it!

Takes all of 10 minutes?

When we head out for a day trip I carry over night gear, food/ beer/booze!, cooking gear, and an additional 53 liters/14 gallons of fuel as well as tools and all the other things you hope you will not need!

Best to be prepared at all times, as you never know what kind of **** you might get into!

While I do agree with you that getting home anyway possible(god knows my buddies and I have done some crazy stuff) but that fix-a-flat stuff(all of it,any brand) is highly toxic which leaves the guy changing the tire on the rim not happy and yes I've been on that end alot and would like more kids someday.

The MT/R's I could do, but the Trxus I couldn't(shipping costs) get here. I have been eying the Goodyear Wrangler Territory31x10.5x15 ....$153@ at Canadian Tire next week. I wish Dayton still made these Timberlines
