Factory Fog/Day lights?

I have two lights in the grille with bulbs that I would like to use if possible. Having checked the fuse box, there is the fog light bank that is vacant. It appears that all you would have to do is get the aright fuse/relay and pop it in. I looked around a bit and read somewhere that thes light could be for Canadian daytime running lights. Also that going to the dealer to have them work due to some computer issue might be needed.

Are these fogs or running lights? And is it that complicated to just turn them on? BTW-06 Libby.

The daytime running light operate via the headlamps. Through the high beam, only at a reduced voltage. The relay for that is in the fuse box on the left side of the dashboard.
bottom left hand corner.
As far as the fuse, I don't know about the Mopar foglight kit for an '05 but the Mopar kit for our '04 has a separate fuse/holder in the wiring loom.

Ya, just looked at the fuse box again and it is vacant so I tried the fan relay in there. It just turned the headlights on. Runners... nothing.

The factory fog bulbs are illuminated by pulling the end of the turn signal stock outwards.
This type of stalk came with fogs.
Daytime running light were only an option for export models.
Why not just install the factory fog bulbs, if you do not have them?

HOLY CRAP! that worked, see the damn Libby did not come with a owner's manual, and the one I downloaded didn't mention that.

Now I'm going to think about fog bulbs there...
