Engine Questions/Lift Questions

hello there, i am the owner of a '05 KJ sport, and i am having a few motor troubles... bad head gasket (pumping antifreeze into cylinder heads) and also my oil light comes on at a light or whenever the motor sits at idle in drive. I am pursuing a new motor and wanted to know before shelling out 4500 if there were any common problems you all have had.

My next venture is a lift, but 3 inch max, what are your cheapest suggestions

Lift, OME 2.5 inches and Ironman 2.25 inches of " real lift"
Can add to them both for extra lift if you want , about 800-850 price range
check Home page for both of them
Thats the cheapest that is worth installing, anything else and you're throwing money away
No engine issues for me at 217,000
some have valve issues but only when ran hot at some point usually

I went with an O'Reilly reman engine. $2,800. and a very competent shop did install for just a couple bucks over $1,000. Excellent warranty, with labor compensation if needed. So far it starts,runs, sounds great.
