Electrical Gremlin

My bro's 2000 GC Laredo WJ, keeps on burning out his driver side tailight. Took it to belle tire (don't ask why), and they replaced the "tailight wire harness". Also headlight flicker. Burned out 3 bulbs so far. Any ideas?

Checked fuses? Sure the right fuse is in there? Could the switch be going bad? BCM?

Not that, no receiver hitch. I'm not allowed to work on the Jeep, so we'll see what wrong. Just thought I get some opinions from you guys. Stealer want $89 just for a diagnose. Probably something really simple.

I really want to lift it like 4-5" and put 33's under it. Now it looks low and pathetic when standing next to mine.
