drum to disc conversion

so i have this 03 shell with disc brakes and my 02 has drum. has anyone ever converted their drums to discs? or know if its possible, and if so what would i have to do

Swap the whole axle (if the ratios are the same) and swap over the proportioning block. If the ratios aren't the same, then see if the brakes themselves are swappable and swap the proportioning block.

The backing plates(with parking brakes attached),hard brake lines,rubber brake lines,rotors,calipers,and parking brake cables all must be switched out along with the prop valve and master cylinder.The hardest part is replacing the parking brake cables,what a pain in the rear.I almost wanted to swap to rear drums,still do for the better parking brake.
