What kind of lift did you install? A spacer or a proper OME Spring and new shocks?
Take a close look at your springs to see if the upper control arm is hitting the spring.
There could be contact marks on spring as mine were hitting before I installed the JBA 4.5 Upper control arms, and that was with clevis, 3/8 top plate, and OME coils/bilstiens.
Cant image what it is like with spacers, take photos and post back.

First off not knowing what you have or able to read what you wrote its hard to help you. But I think it seems like you have a spacer lift. If so depending on your springs and the condition and miles on them you may have what is called stacking.
So maybe take some pictures of what you have, measurements from the middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare etc. It will give us a better idea of how to help you.
Even if you are doing it for looks a good lift will not give you problems, spacers with no bumpstops will, period.
New upper control arms can be had from jeepinbyal.com, but if you have other problems due to the type of lift those will not help.
Also a Rubicon with 24 inches of lift, come on

OK heres the thing, you have quite a few miles on the KJ, springs are sagged and shocks are well worn. You lifted it with a spacer style lift which works "ok" when newer springs are used. But add worn springs and worn out shocks and you'll have problems. You may try replacing the front shocks but more than likely it will blow them.
The Teraflex bumpstop's go in place of the original bumpstops above the upper control arm. If you look under there you can see the old ones. With lifting it it now has more suspension travel and could bottom out the old shock due to it being worn and also no new longer bumpstop.
I'm not saying that is 100% of your issues but would guess that's a good place to start looking. Many have started out with your setup only to switch to a full spring lift very quickly.

OK, maybe I'm just having a bad day, and I don't mean to offend. But first let me explain that grammar and punctuation are very important. It's the difference between
"Helping my uncle, Jack, off a donkey." and "helping my uncle ******** a donkey.

As for the 24" JK lift? That's ridiculus.
Now for the KJ, do as Tom mentioned

Please reread my previous replies.
Teraflex bumpstops is what you use to replace the stock ones,
available from jeepinbyal.com or Teraflex themselves
A blown shock is just that one that will not hold pressure any more and not dampen the spring action as you drive down the road
We do not have struts we have shocks all the way around and a good lift consists of new springs and new shocks.
As far as leaving it who knows? We don't know for sure what it is, we can only assume what the problem is from what you are telling us. Kind of like calling a Doctor and saying I have an ache but not where or how long you have had it.
It could be something else.
I would have someone check over the who;e front suspension, tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints etc. Also are you sure that it was installed correctly?
