Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Those type of bars do more damage when in a front end wreck then not having one on.You can not say you never wreck, they call it a accident for a reason and no amount of safe driving can prevent one from happening.

An ARB front bumper is the best protection and is available with a winch.

I run a Setina PB-400 push bar that required bracket mods including welding a rectangular angle iron onto bottom of push bar and then a 1" steel down post got welded to skid plate. It is now solid but does nothing to protect the front corners, and ARB is King when it comes to protection.
For the aggravation of custom mounting The Push Bar, it would have been easier to Mount an ARB, but a bit more money though.

That Mopar brush guard is actually the Mopar Tubular Bull Bar part numbers:

Black Steel: 82207777; sugg retail Price: $290.00
Polished Stainless Steel: 82207778; sugg retail price: $375.00

I purchased a Cheap grille guard off of ebay for around $100.00 just to mount lights on the front of my wife's KJ and it has now been in 2 minor fender benders with no more than a few scratches:

Save your money and get a ARB. They DO work. I have tested mine a few times now, not willingly and each time I have come out with no damage. One was on the highway hitting a rolled up carpet that fell off a truck in front of me at 70 mph. They work, get an ARB.
