Hi I have an 02 Jeep Liberty. I had a fuse blown in my Jeep I realized what fuse it is. It’s causing my radio, interior lights, vanity lights, and interior locks not to work. I tried replacing the fuse about 3 or 4 times and the new one blows every single time. Best way to figure out the cause? Or a good place in Rhode Island to get it checked?

You can download the Jeep KJ Service Manual for the 2002 KJ here. Section 8W has the wiring diagrams.

You will need to isolate sections of the wiring bit by bit to see which section is causing the problem...probably a wire chaffing through to chassis/engine somewhere.

To save on buying fuses all the time try get a DC circuit Breaker of the same rating as the blowing fuse and wire that in instead of the fuse until you have found the problem.
