Yep, I have definitely seen that before - didn't even have to watch all of it, just enough to hear the gal say 'this is ___ being an idiot'. And she's absolutely right - he WAS being an idiot. If he had any clue on how to properly approach that situation he wouldn't have ruined the poor KJ. Blame the driver, not the vehicle...
