Looks like a handful of junkyard parts.

The valve cover bolt probably won't matter, but again a junkyard bolt, if you can get the old one out.

As to the leaky valve cover gasket, rtv blue sealer in effect glues the valve cover on to the point where it is too hard to get off. Don't use too much, just a nice small bead.

As to the tps electrical plug, a new (junkyard) part would have to be wired in. Maybe just a skinny zip tie would hold it on and in place.
