Well I changed both front CV shafts and front hubs today and all is fine until I put in 4WD and I get a deep click and clatter from front end. I used NAPA reman shafts and replaced intermediate shaft also. The wheel bearings are Timkens. I can find nothing wrong with anything including front driveshaft neither end. Rechecked everything and retorqued all fasteners. Any ideas?
