3.7 cylinder head removal ?

i am in the process of trying to remove the cyl heads on a 3.7 --- i have most of it stripped down but i can not remove the head -- 12 bolts removed but i can not see or figure out how to remove the chain tensioner -- how do you do this ?? -- help please

you need to pull off the front cover of the engine also along with all the accesories and water pump etc. in order to access the timming chain gears and tensioners...
