With a 2.5" lift and clevis lift can I fit a set of 245/75r/16 - Kuhmo Road Venture MT KL71 tires?

Whats the biggest size with no modifications to the vehicle with a 2.5" and a bit lift?

The 235/85 tires will fit also with some interior wheelwell work. The Kumhos are a decent tire, have seen longterm offroad reports from people who beat them up regularly on their offroad rigs and they hold up well with good tread life. Know lots of contractor's that run nothing but this 235/85 tire on their work rigs.
