When I look into the two side vents... The louvers are not lined up as they should be. Some to the left... Some to the right... But still move with the adjuster. Suggestions on how to correct this? Thanks!

This is a picture of a good one. On mine the inside louvers are mis-aligned. Is there a way to remove this from the dash to inspect? Does this help?

The top of the vents have little "ramps" and then a slot to align all the fins of the vent.
It might be that one of the vanes has slipped out of the detent (slot) and is mis-aligned, you might be able to slide the vane back into place.
Either that or the vent is just worn out and you need a replacement.

Try removing the whole bezel, then pushing it out from the back...

You can just pull the straight out of the dash. I do that to mine on occasion to clean them out.

Of all of mine in my 02 are either going different directions or don't move at all. BTW does anyone know of a good place to purchase replacements?
