Hi,

I've been reading a lot before I lift my 2007 KJ 4wd, and now the question about new brake lines and/or extension has come up. I plan to do OME HD springs/OME shocks. JBA has these brake line extensions and they're not cheap:

Guess the question I have is new brake lines or fabricated extension bracket? I'm leaning to the former as I don't want to stretch those stock brake lines any more than necessary. But ABS and ESP and all that is getting into an area about which I know very little. How are they affected by a lift and new brake lines/extension?

Thanks.

You can take a piece of metal and make a bracket about three inches long to move the brake line down. Takes 3 minutes 2 holes drilled in the bracket and carefully bend the brake line down
