Pretty sure the mounts only fit one way for each side
You can't really mess it up
One side of the mount has the bolts closer together and the other farther apart
They'll line up with the holes in the frame
If all bolts slide through the hole once you put it in then you're all good
Nice! Thanks for the info.

As I do more of these maintenance projects I pickup the tools I need like an impact socket set. Being at a desk all day it's therapeutic for me to do this work, plus the satisfaction of DIY and saving $$$.

Believe it or not, Harbor Freight makes some great impact sockets.

Idk where to get decent sockets any more that won't break the bank since Craftsman is Chinese now

We should start a tool thread or a tool section

The ex-wife wouldn't let me lift it, so I went with new OEM coils and Bilsteins front and back.

I picked up a set of deep impact sockets for $23 from Advance Auto (their brand Autocraft). I got the set that goes up to 24 or 25mm. They worked great and the handle is kinda nice although plastic but it keeps them in order.

What I need to get from Santa this year is an impact gun, I borrowed my neighbors for the job, if anything it makes taking off the wheels much easier.

I've got the HF chrome-moly set and I love 'em.The set doesn't include a couple of sizes, but I'll probably never need a 20mm anyway.

I was going to pick up a set of those sockets in metric deepwell but it skipped 18MM which is like the size of most nuts and bolts on the KJ lol. Ended up getting an older set of USA Craftsman on eBay.

The 18 I had but not in a impact, just a regular deep socket. It worked fine for the tops of the coilovers as they were not as exposed or seized.

That was the set I got. I just picked up a matching 18MM single from ebay for a few bucks to make the set as complete as I need it. The total price was still great.
