2005 Jeep Liberty 4 x 4 Renegade special edition

I'm so new that I bought 2 in 2 days...

bought another running driving one for my son. But got a question on Fender flairs.

The one I bought for my son is missing the front fender flair, It's a 2005 Jeep Liberty 4 x 4 Renegade special edition.. The part is gray now is it painted that color? are they all the same color?
