2003 Liberty: Input speed sensor

Check engine light came on the other day, code refers to the Input speed sensor on the ******.

For the life of me, i cannot find a part number anywhere to this sensor.

Anyone got any help?

Since you have the interim year, 2003 like me, you have to check which trans you have first, then here is the numbers..

42RLE Input Sensor 04799061AB
42RLE Output Sensor 52854001AA

Best i can tell is the 45RFE uses the same sensors if you have that trans.... I will keep digging through the info i have here but nothing coming up yet other than those 42RLE numbers.

Just verified online... 45RFE uses same sensor part numbers according to the Chrysler Parts sites i checked...

Part numbers are in above post, those are the dealer part numbers. I can't find them available ANYWHERE aftermarket.

That's the part number you need for the Input Sensor from a dealer.
