Could really use some help.
2002 Jeep Liberty, sudden onset of poor idle and backfire through the throttle body.
Sudden as it ran fine, shut off restarted 30 mins later and wouldn’t fire unless the throttle was feathered.
It won’t idle and keeps backfiring. If I get it past 3K it smooths out.
Neighbor had an OBD reader and it is throwing a #2 cylinder misfire. Not buying it though as it should still be able to idle.
I am thinking vacuum leak, but can’t find it.
