2.5" Lift, Stock Wheels, Tire size?

What Size should I run? Will a 31x10.5 rub?

What type of Rustys lift? Plus how old or long has it been on
reason being a 2.5 inch spacer lift may only give you 1 inch of lift over new stock due to sagged springs
plus you say stock wheels but 31X10.50s are a 15 inch size

If you have any amount of lift you should be able to run 245-75-16s on stock wheels with no problems, may have to pound over the pinch weld and some minor fender trimming again depending

The Rusty's kit with rear spacers and bolt on top type spacer for strut. I am not worried about the pinch welds as this is a 2wd for my wife and we will not be wheelin this one. I just need to give it a rugged look but also want the max size for stability and ground clearance in case of an off road emergency. 245/75/16 measures approx 31x10.5? Rusty's web site said it would clear a 31 but did not specify an offset. I assume they were refering to the standard 31" size.

If the springs are not sagged out too bad you maybe OK
245-75s may rub on the pinch weld even with a lift again depending on the springs
That is not the best lift out there for sure, it may give you some lift but not what you are looking for

Hi i just got a 2 inch OME lift done from ARB and was chasing the same information on what is the biggest tyre i can get on before rubbing on full lock and jamming in the rear wheel arch with full articulation.

OME Med springs
OME shocks out back
Rancho up front
Pound over the pinch weld
Move fog lamp door ,on an '03
Add 1" of rear bump stop spacing
and you will have only very minor rubbing at full
lock in reverse
