Our best fuel economy is achieved when we drive around 60-65 mph.
Even when loaded down with camping gear we get around 22 mpg and sometimes 23!

On another note, there's a tool on Jeepforum.com who claims 28 mpg, with a huge homemade roof top cargo basket!
With a 3.7 litre!

Oh sure!:happy175:

Is it at least a 5-speed? >.>

So, I checked my mileage on the next tank after pouring in a fuel system treatment, and I suddenly got 17.4 mpg in mixed driving. I can definitely deal with than!

Go with an HHO kit... They say at least 20% increase in gas mileage... I know someone who runs one on a 1994 ford escort waggon and the old man gets around 60 mpg

I'll find out in a few weeks. Going to run a few back to back tests before I say it works.

Is this really true or another gemmic?

Been around for years and comes out in force everytime gas prices go high.

100% snake oil.The amount of energy needed to make enough hydrogen to gain any mpg's will be lost instantly and then some due to the draw the alternator is placing on the engine. You can not make free energy,it's called physics. If it actually worked it would be a standard item on new vehicles since they are mandated to increase mpg's by the federal government.

My actual MPG is always worse than what EVIC tries to convince me

Is it at least a 5-speed? >.>

Who knows.
But the nob is convinced his EVIC is 100% accurate!
Now nob has a photo up showing his KJ's EVIC displaying
31 MPG!
Some people really are mouth breathers!

Just picked up a 2004 Liberty 3.7 automatic a couple of weeks ago with 112,000 miles. I drive a lot for work, lots of stop and go appraising houses and I'm averaging 19 to 21 mpg. I was afraid I would be in the mid teens when I bought it. This mpg is from adding it up by hand - no computer readout. My old '06 Mustang got around 25mpg but was much more aerodynamic and lighter. I'm liking this Jeep.

I agree. I'm okay with that range. 5600 pounds is substantial to push around.
