Hey y'all. This might be just my OCD-ness, but it is bugging me nonetheless.

The right side of my chrome grill is not 'sturdy', if you will. If you were to slightly tug on it, it goes in and out and is wiggly. The left side is nice and snug.

I know I'm being nitpicky, but is there a way to adjust/fix it?

Can you see where, at which fastener point it is moving? Mine has a broken plastic clip on the drivers side near the headlamp and it wiggled when pushed. I used a small piece of alum. to shore up the broken plastic and screwed it down tight. Problem solved.

Good Luck!

I noticed a clip on the bottom of the grille to the left of the driver side headlight that seemed to do nothing. Could that be it?

What's the best way to remove the grille without breaking clips?

Step 1.. be not afraid of thy grill...
Step 2.. Gently push in on the grill where you want to unlatch it from the grill support
Step 3.. While pushing in on the grill gently pull tabs on the headlight first working your way to the next headlight.. Clips will be harder so apply more pressure to area you are working not too much though and it will unclip easily..
Step 4.. check for any broken clips..
Step 5.. Re-Assemble.. Pop your bottom ones in first on your bumper, and then reattach up top with the audible CLICK/POP noise it will almost sound like you broke it at least it does on my 05..

Thanks! Worked like a charm.

Unfortunately though, as to my suspicion it was cracked. You can see what appears to be stress cracks from my cell phone pictures.

I guess my only route would be to buy a new grille since it would bug me till it's fixed. :(
