'06 HD Electric fan

My electric radiator fan died in spectacular fashion this weekend. I have the HD kit, so the mechanical fan has been keeping the engine cool so long as I am not running AC in stop and go traffic. Does anyone know the part number for the electric HD fan and maybe have a link to a good how-to guide? I didn't see anything while I was digging.

In this catalogue you will find the part number, figure 1-270 part 5 ( 55037691AA ). For the how to, I am cluless on that sorry

Can't help with the part #...sorry.

But...I can with the install. Basically you have to remove the HD fan and shroud as one, and the E fan is in that shroud. So here are the steps...I can try and get pics if you want...
1. Unbolt the two bolts on top of the shroud, they are on the back on the engine side.
2. Undo electrical connector on pass side of shroud
3. Get a 36mm wrench
4.The HD fan is on the water pump...get a bolt and fit it through one of the holes on the pump (so it will catch a fin and hold the fan in place to loosen it)
5. Spin the fan loose (but not off)
6.Undo the bottom clips on the shroud
7. Remove HD fan and shroud as one unit...be careful not to chip the HD fan! The E fan is on the shroud.
