Can you swap over your fog lights from the old Rennie bumper? That would look pretty good, and they would be free.

I looked at the light swap. It won't be too difficult. I may have to modify the existing lamp base in order to fit them. The lamp base has a keyway built into it that fits into the bracket that was removed to put this bad boy on. I'll have them on by next week.

That looks real good. Quite a difference after the new bumper and winch.

Nope, keeping the all-season tires for the long cross-Canada summer vacation drives. BUt hey, doesn't it look hot with the knobly tires? I'm going to do a clevis lift and pinch-weld pounding this week. The fat rubber rubs a little. Hey, thanks for the compliments guys.

The lights went on..

I was able to fit the factory Hellas to the ARB bumper without much difficulty. Used a 4ft level across the face of both lamps to make sure they were pointing straight out. Made some gaskets for the base of the lamp to bumper mating surface out of an old bicycle inner tube. I had to lengthen the wire harnesses for both. Glad to be an Aircraft Electrician sometimes. Sorry the pic kinda *****.

We haven't had much snow yet, and none in the forecast either. So, there's only a couple of inches on the ground. Makes for crappy entries into the JOTM for January. Here's one in the bush out behind my place.

Went and found a mud hole.

I went for a little off-road trip and found a decent mud hole. Things are warming up here but the ground is still frozen. I wish someone had been there with me to take some action shots. My KJ and the MTs threw some wicked roostertails of muck.

I just spent 5 hours on Saturday washing, waxing, vacuuming and generally cleaning the KJ. HJ, you'd a been proud. I even put it on a hoist, put on my Sou'wester and power washed the underside. Looks like I've got to do it again!!

It's been above freezing by a wee bit the last few days. Things are starting to melt and what little snow we had is disappearing fast. Turns fields into muddy skid pads. Too much fun :D.

That looks proper right there.

That also reminds me, I need to wash mine; it is horribly dirty right now.
