Does anyone have a copy of their window sticker for a 2005 - 2006 Liberty with the 3.7 that says the "city" and "highway" EPA Fuel economy estimates? I seem to have misplaced mine and what I can find online varies. Any info would greatly be appreciated!

The window sticker on my 2005 Rocky Mountain ed. says 17/22.

You can always get the "official" EPA mileage data (and compare cars and classes of cars) at the official site:

http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/findacar.htm

Keep in mind that those numbers will vary by use and are reputed to be very innacurate. YMMV!

17/22 is what my '04 said as well. On two-lane country roads, some stop and go, I average 18. On the highway, I tend to average 21.5 doing 75 mpg, and 23.5 doing 65 mpg. I even once hit 24.0 via the EVIC!

Not bad for a brick! drive.gif

I finally got to do some long drives to see what kind of average I'd get. I put about 4,000 miles on my '05 the last 4 weeks, and I have been getting around 23.4 mpg.

wow u must drive like a grandma. i tried to slow it down a bit and i was seeing on average about 14-16 mpg during the winter. driving like i normally do i got about 12-14 mpg. but hey its an suv. i knew it would get horrible mileage when i bought it so im not gonna complain. hopefully ill average around 17-19mpg this summer. and mine has about 10,500 miles on it.

15 mpg

My wife has a 2005. It gets an average of 15 mpg. It has about 50/50 city hi-way per tank of gas. She tends to drive a little aggressive though. She won't admit it. Her reasoning is everyone on the road except her is an idiot. :-({|= Guess she is lucky she doesn't live down where I grew up, the SF Bay Area. She will be down there this weekend though #-o

we live in western North Carolina.. we only have 2 lane 'highways' :) and I get anywhere from 18-22 usually the evic stays around 20 which when I fill up at 10 gallons I can go over 200 miles before I have to fill up. Usually I do $20 so i get about 6.5 gallons and I get about 125-140 miles before I have to fill up. I got better gas mileage however on the Blue Ridge Parkway taking my wife to work only because 1. there are no stop lights or stop signs.. and 2. lots of times just coasting downhill :)

the most I got was over 26mpg and that was all highway driving back and forth before we finally moved here. its the stop and go traffic that KILLS the mpg

Let me guess, on the south side of the city east of the good side of the tracks?

Sorry, couldn't resist.
