03 with cooling problems?

I have an 03 with 150k on it the last few days it's running normal right smack dab in the middle then randomly goes up to 3/4 on the coolant gauge and comes back down both pretty slowly. Is this issue anything anyone has experience with? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a bad thermostat. Make sure there's coolant, while cold. Look for leaks. Aluminum engines hate being overheated.

I believe there's an air bleed screw if you've got the v6. All 3.7 guys will correct me if I'm wrong.

Did you do any work to it/add fluid or did it just start out of the blue?

I recently got it sorry for the long response time I got it over a month ago and hardly drove it but it had no problems up until I posted it I'm pulled over right now waiting for it to cool off and I hear the coolant in the overflow boiling as I type this it usually only would go to 3/4 and then stop but just now it almost went all the way
