02 Knock

Hello all.

I have recently got a 2002 Liberty 3.7. One day it started to knock but when accelerated it would mostly go away, a few days later the knock got louder and didn't go away with acceleration, the knock would speed up with the engine. I know the 3.7 are notorious for throwing rockers, I pulled off both valve covers and didn't notice any damage to the rockers. :shrug: There was no smoke and it was not using any oil at anytime. it has 121,*** miles on this rig. any suggestions? :shrug:

I think Bob has the audio version of the running knock I would like to hear! (ok maybe not)
