I took my KK to the Stealership last week for it's first oil change. The light on the dash came on at around 2600 miles. The owners manual says oil changes are scheduled every 6000. Is this just a first time thing, or should I expect every 3000 miles for the oil change?

I think I was misunderstood. I was not planning on putting that Sub in the doors. Kicker makes full range speakers as well, I was just wondering if the ones they manufacture for MOPAR were any good.

The Fiat Panda is actually a fairly popular vehicle in Europe. It's no jeep but it would make a good Compass replacement. Even Top Gear likes it, and they hate every SUV out there. US consumers will like it too if they can bring over the diesel that gets 66 MPG...

I'm looking for a sound upgrade for my KK in the next few months. MOPAR has a kicker set of speakers that are plug and play for the front components. Does anyone have them? Are they any good? They cost about the same as a set of 6.5 components. I've installed plenty of custom speakers...

For what it's worth, I have had some noise problems in some friend's installs and it was either a bad ground, or cheap wires run right next to the power cables (usually along the passengers footwell). Here's a great link for dealing with system noise. http://www.termpro.com/articles/noise.html

Sure is, I'm pricing out a system right now for my new KK. You need an amplifier with speaker level inputs. You just splice into your factory harness and there you go! (simplified version).
